Please note: A signature is required for all orders over $1,500.00. There may be an additional charge for shipping large or bulky items. The product page indicates “special shipping and handling may apply” to such items.
An order that has not been shipped may be cancelled at any time. There will be no charge unless a “Custom order” is in process at that time a cancellation fee will be incurred to cover in process costs of the item. All items must be returned in original condition and manufacturer’s packaging with all packing slips, tags and inserted literature included. Note: Personalized or Sale items are not returnable. Items marked as “Custom Order” on your invoice, will indicate those items excluded from this Return policy. Examples of such items include Heraldic items, wedding rings or Signs and Coat of Arm plaques.
To Return or exchange an item call Customer Service at 1-800-446-7729 or e-mail us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. An RMA must be requested within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Orders will be shipped by the best available means. FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service will be used as deemed most expedient. Note that shipping charges include insurance and handling.
Larger items or special shipping requests may require special handling charges—you will be advised before the order is processed if additional fees are required. |
